Checking off one thing on my to do list one stress hive outbreak at a time.
If only my To Do List was this simple.
1. Clean shit
2. Buy shit
3. Pack shit
In reality, it’s bordering on 4 pages.
John C. McGinley on the R-word
Yes. Yes. Yes.
It’s why I don’t like Grumpy Cat. The owners named him Tard.
Being the person that I am, I will most likely ask you not to say it. If you continue to say it, or write it, I’m done. We can’t be friends if you use this derogatory language.
Just stop saying it. Just stop it!
March 5th, ‘spread the word to end the word’ awareness day or some shit.
Be smart. Be kind.
Before 7 got really sick and went into the hospital we had planned to take her Make-A-Wish trip to Disney World over Spring Break. After a lot of back and forth between H. and I about holding off on the trip we have decided to go over the break.
Her last sickness scare, I think, has really made us ‘live each day as the last’ so to speak. There is no reason to wait. She is doing really well right now and we want HER to enjoy this trip.
Um, so how do you plan for this type of trip in 2 weeks with 4 kids driving halfway across the country? Oh my gosh! I don’t even know where to begin on looking up stuff to do and where to go inside Disney!
I’m so thankful for this organization for doing things like this for kids like mine.
Exciting times. Holy shit, guys, we are going to Disney World!
I’ve been absent on here. I’m not sure what to post anymore. This isn’t a mom blog. I’m not as funny as I think I am. I get criticized for the things I put on here. I don’t want to post and that is the biggest problem.
I’m sorry, everyone. It’s difficult on here when you get to know people and then they stop posting or delete their account. I’m trying not to be one of those people. But I seriously don’t know what to write.
A little update:
Kids are well. 7 is doing great health wise. We rearranged her feeding schedule which seems like a regression and it may very well be but I’ve come to terms with that. I think her life is past the point of progress now. I’m almost certain of that. Keep her healthy, keep her stable.
That’s all I care to share right now. Count your blessings not your burdens, right?
Mail from the internet! Thanks E & P! Got a little misty reading your kind words.
Work completed on the busted water pipe. We have water again! And we have the prettiest yard on the block.
7 is doing great. Look at how good she looks in that picture! She even went to school today! YAY!
Sorry for the lack of updates. We’ve been spending lots of family time together.
Picture 1: Leaked water that’s melting the snow down our street. Bonus, stray cat that lives in our neighborhood known as Flufferbutt at our house.
Picture 2: Our yard
I passed by the cemetery that’s less than a mile from our house and someone was being buried. It could have been soooo much worse. Puttings things in that perspective, I will gladly take 5 million water main breaks.
It will get figured out. In the mean time, can I poop at your house?
I’ll be fine. We’ll be fine.
